I don't see why not. It mixes with the gasoline, it's in the exhaust when it gets to the turbo.
They don't actively make any V4 engines, it's a straight-4 engine, for future reference.
That's true but the stuff should be pretty much burned up at that point and in any event it won't reach the turbocharger bearings which is where any damage would occur. (I should have made that last point clear!)
I know, lol, I should maybe have said it's just exhaust gas.

Jeep doesn't make a V4. There hasn't been a car with a V4 engine sold in the U.S. in decades.
