why does my car jerk while driving.


Beats me. You've left out critical information as detailed below, as well as the magnitude of the problem and under what conditions the problem occurs.

Weather can be many reasons. The easiest one is the fuel filters clogged so replace that. If not that Warren spark plugs or a clogged air filter can cause it to jerk when you accelerate. Pray it's not the transmission going out cuz they'll do that too
