Hi Scotty, my 2003 crown Vic won’t go into program mode. I’ve tried all the variants of turning the key on and off but it wont go into the program mode for the new fob. What could be wrong?

Well as the age many times those self-programming systems don't work anymore and need a mechanic like me with a fancy computer scan tool to hook up to make it work. But you might go online to Tom's keys you get your own keys and remotes from him and he gives you the directions to program and sometimes even rent you the machine you pay a deposit and get your deposit back when you send it back to him pretty good setup I made a video on it
