Kia dealer steps up or is it a miracle?

My sister owns a 10 year Kia Sorrento that has a TSB out that tells her not to park in her garage due to a fire hazard. She’s 75 and feels this is unacceptable with the snow she gets in Maine. She contacted the dealership with her complaint. She bought the vehicle from this dealer and all services have been completed there.
To my surprise the dealer has given here a loaner until the TSB has been completed. For maybe months? It’s a 2024 Ford Edge, seems to me at least one Kia dealer has stepped up and helped one of their customers! They are a Kia and Ford dealer.
Way to go Kia dealer!😀😀

don't celebrate too soon.

Kia recalled hundreds of thousands of Sonatas for fire hazard before, and they didn't fix the issue. The cars had to be recalled AGAIN.

(all they did was put tape on the fuel line HAHAHAH)

Kia/Hyundai have had at least three such RE-recalls before.

The company is a joke.
