Hey scotty, quick question just bought a 2000 camry le with the 2.2l engine for 400$. I am unaware of the mileage because It has p0500 for speed sensor and p0325 knock sensor circuit 1.Question is can the knock sensor cause the car to have loss of power as if it's out of timing?

Hello,
The knock sensor is exactly that,
If it senses a knock in the engine it reduces and in some cases cuts the power to prevent damage.
You should check this out to find what's really going on.
