Knocking sound over small bump while turn to the right

I have a 2020 subaru outback xt. With 56,000 miles. Years ago at the 15,000 mark i noticed stopping at a stop sign and slightly accelerating and turning to the right, hitting a slight bump in the road. I noticed clunk or knock on the driver's side took it to the dealer. They could not find the problem road. Tested near the dealer that I go to Has perfectly smooth roads. It's only where I live that I notice these bumps and imperfections in the pavement.

Now at 56,000 i'm starting to notice the same knocking. Sound going over a dirt road that has washboard type conditions always from that driver's side front. Any ideas, what that sound could be?

Thank you

Inspect your front suspension for loose parts.

You could also try a noise-finding device like the ones Scotty has demonstrated in his videos.
