Lead substitute in a 1976 Dodge 440?

Hello! I’m possibly purchasing a 1976 Dodge Pioneer motor home that has the 440 big block in it. Will I need to add lead substitute to the gas or can it run on modern gas just fine? I’ve heard that Marvel mystery oil works well as a lead substitute? Also another question for anyone familiar with this drivetrain, is it good?

Well it should run perfectly fine. Realize there's additives in modern gasoline to lubricate stuff. Being so old I would definitely check the fuel lines and the fuel pump and everything because all the rubber parts are going to be riding over time. You might get fuel leaks just an old age

I believe it has been semi-restored mechanically already, but I will double check everything before I take it on any road trips.
