My two front doors are letting in water, when it rains. what can be the cause and how should I fix this (2001 tahoe LT)
Make sure the doors are closing properly (any adjustments?). Assuming no collision damage, if rain is coming in around the edges of the door your 22-year-old door seals are probably shot. You could try the rope trick to get them to seal a bit better but if they're in really bad shape they'd need to be replaced.

Theres no way I can use plastic rope thingamajig since I'd have to glue it on and not like in the jeep video where it just gets stuck when applying, need new seals then thanks a bunch, is it possible to donate money to this site - adrian
