Dip stick on my 97 Toyota T100 only has a bitty drop on the end. Underside of the engine looks coated in oil, but theres none collected on the ground. Any recommendations?

It'll be fine.
If you regularly check the oil, and maintain it full...just had a seal fail. Either in front or rear of engine. Add oil and if the engine runs, get the failed seal replaced.
If you don't check the oil level regularly...and you found all this oil because the engine shutoff (as in seized)...it's going to be expensive.
