How reliable are the 2024 Lexus 300h would you recommend buying this car if money isn’t a object? Or should I do the V6?

It’s a Camry underneath, so it is pretty reliable. Built in the same TNGA-K platform. Either the V6 or hybrid is projected to be fine.
You are talking about the ES300H I presume. If that is the case, this is the 6th model year in this generation and presumably bugs ironed out. Anyways, Toyota and Lexus hybrids are the best and most reliable in the world and I wouldn’t hesitate to get one.

That being said, the naturally aspirated V6 ES presents less complexity than the hybrid and should last longer. If you do a lot of highway miles then getting a hybrid makes no sense. In fact, I have been through the same decision process as you and I intend to get the ES350 (I am aiming for the final model year of this generation before they eliminate the V6 for good).
