Lexus es330 tune-up ?

I also have a 2004 es330 which has never been tuned up (I know its a long time) but it runs so great I never wanted to touch anything ! It has 100,000 miles and  gas mileage is starting to be not so good on local driving. Also some of the vacuum lines on top of the motor(up front) are cracking and breaking.  If I were to do any type of tune-up what should I focus on ? PVC etc ???

thank !

I can't diagnose your car magically over the internet, so I don't know what it needs. Obviously replace the rotten hoses.

Give it to a reliable mechanic and ask him to do a full inspection and checkup.

If you haven't serviced the transmission, it's well overdue.

Coolant replacement.

I really hope you're not still going on the original air filter.

See our FAQ for more details.

Tune up is kinda an old term that doesn't really applly to 2004 vehicles as far as I know. Do you mean the lines are getting old so you want a rundown of all the parts that are likely to crack made of rubber and plastic?.

I've got a 2006 IS220D and everything is great. But then it's cold here in the UK and AFAIK weather plays a big part in cars that are almost a few decades old.
