Thinking about buying a is250 2010 or es350 2007 both around 100k miles which one would cost less on maintenance and parts long term?
Would the maintenance and parts cost a lot more than a regular Toyota?

Assuming same current mechanical quality and proper maintenance has been done, pretty close to the same. In theory tho the 2010 one. Parts are comparable to Toyota but mechanic costs are more... unless you find an honest one.
