Hi Scotty,
In 2014 I bought a Lexus IS250 and I had it for 2 years and clocked 90,000 miles on it without any trouble what so ever. My commute was 100+miles daily. I sold it, and then bought a 2016 Mercedes GLC and then an 2018 Audi A3. Both ended with 50k plus miles. Both of them had a bunch of sounds and troubles. Finally, now, I have a company car. Want to buy miself a fast car for cruising only on weekends and I was thinking of a used 2015-2017 BMW M4. I came up on 2 Lexus Rc-F, une 2017 with
9,000 miles on it and a 2015 with 21,000 miles on it. Would the lexus being the RC-F be better car than the M4.
What would you do? Which one would you pick?
Thanks,
Alex

Lemme see, … M4? RC-F? ……… RC-F overwhelmingly! Great daily driver, … and fun to play an idiot in one, too!

Lexus RC-F for sure. Both engine and transmission are true and tried (and trace back to the IS-F), and of those cars you’ll have the fewest issues. If budget allows get the 2017 with the lower mileage, as 2015 was first year of the RC-F, and as general rule of thumb best to avoid first year vehicles.
