I'm looking to buy a 2007 Lexus RX with about 120000 miles. I took it for a prepurchase inspection and the mechanic said it was good but I noticed there was some oil under the engine. It's an automatic transmission and the price is about 4000 usd . Should I give it a go?

A good car, good price and low miles for that vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate but use the oil as negotiation tool. Then find/fix after purchase.
