Hi Scotty, it’s time to purchase a new car, and I have a choice between 2016 RX 350 having full service history and only 22000 miles on it or 2018 RX 450h with 100000 miles but 3000$ cheaper.

planing to keep it for at list 8-10 years

Oh, go for the gas-only RX350.  Be sure to have a trusted mechanic check it out before you buy.   22,000 miles over 7 years is not much, so hopefully the seller is not hiding something.   But a good mechanic with a thorough inspection will be able to tell you.

This car was maintained at the lexus dealership where it was purchased new, and owner trade in for a newer model. It has all maintenance history from the dealership

Well, I'd go for the low millage gas one, 100k is high for a vehicle you're planing to keep that long.

This is assuming they're both in the same condition and a mechanic checks out the RX350 and gives you the green light.

The RX350 is the smarter choice here. It seems barely used! Not to knock the RX450h, but it is rare to find a RX350 with such low mileage over that many years.
