Hello, I have a 2015 Honda Civic EX 1.8L with 174K kms. When I release my clutch and it starts to grab, my headlights dim a bit. Would this be from the additional load on the engine from the clutch engaging? or the alternator going out?

It should not do that. Load test the battery and alternator.
