Hi I was looking buying a used Lexus from a dealer. I think it’s a good deal, but some confirmation would be reassuring before taking the plunge.

Dealers rarely if ever offer good deals. They probably picked the thing up at auction and don't know its history. Mileage is low for its age and should be verified.

Only a good mechanic performing a thorough inspection before purchase can provide that. If the dealer won't let you do that, run way.
