I am looking at purchasing either a 2016-2019 Lexus RX350, or a 2016-2019 Highlander SUV. And, I want to know your opinion on which one you think is the best buy as far as reliability & longevity, and comfort?

If you're paying for it, the Lexus. If I'm paying for it, the Highlander. They are basically the same under the skin, it's just the Lexus has more options and a layer of sound-deadening around the cabin, nicer dealerships, more expensive parts.
Both are excellent test drive them and check them out at a dealer to see which one suits you.
Lexus would be more luxurious, but have more expensive repairs as it ages, and still be relatively reliable, while the Highlander wouldn't be as luxurious but a little cheaper to own.
