Scotty when my neighbor turns on their car on the air conditioner it revs up and makes this loud noise. and its louder than usual. its so loud I can hear it from 1 street over and she likes to sit in her car and listen to music. so i deal with it most of the day. I want to offer to fix it for her for free. im sick of it
Sure, since you are sick of it, offer to fix it for free. And while you are at it, perhaps you could fix her sound system so it doesn't play so loud. 😉

yes she is nuts she sits in it all day and night playing music and leaving the house back and forth. i get sick of it. same with my other neighbor. 2002 GMC yukon HE leaves it running all day. and it occasionally squeaks and when he idles his car HE ISN'T EVEN IN IT. and he thinks he can park anywhere in the cul de sac he wants while his yukan leaks oil or some fluid everywhere. and he works night shift and his truck doesn't sound good. his catalytic converter was cut off and he doesn't want to get it fixed. anyway after he gets off work at midnight he gets his trailer or food trailer at midnight and he backs in the driveway. and knowing him HE CAN'T SEE AT NIGHT. so he is constantly trying not to run over anything and all i hear is -rev- -reeevv- -re- because he dosent want to ram his garage speaking of garage the lady who runs that loud car had company for 4th of july and they had this long row of fireworks and they has blown my 4th of july party. they set of loud things and it chased away my guest. and for starters her husband gets this firework that makes a loud boom like a tiny bomb and everytime he left the house he set one off and it scared everyone one day I had food poisoning (i get food poisoning like once a month) and he set one off it scared me so much that i threw up. all the other times you may say oh its all a hoax or false. it may have or haven't been false idk. but this is all real i ca show you the oil leaks or what ever it is i can show you the other neighbor who can't cut grass and dose zig zags and parks cars in the grass... then you got to 1 idiot who parked their car right at the street where you turn at then you gotta dodge his car. then I go picture proof of the trailera ans bbq things... im just sick of it.. also can i make this a question (yk this is only a comment) and i want to know how to resolve this..

Well, K-Fleezy, since this is a car question and advice forum, it is not the place to resolve your idiot neighbor problems. But this situation is clearly not healthy for your mental state of being. Perhaps you should consider moving to greener pastures.
