I have a 1999 Chevy suburban and we just replaced the transmission. The vehicle will make a clunk or loud click noise when applying the brake pedal and giving the vehicle gas every time if you hold the brake and tap the gas pedal repeatedly the vehicle will make a loud click once, only when pushing the gas and hold the brake pedal or when taking off from and complete stop to a go. Please help we’re stuck on what it could be

Check your drive shaft u joints.
All the u joints and drive shaft checks out and no broken mounts, pulled transmission back out and everything is checking out

If all the u joints were OK, the next thing I would look for is excessive lash in the ring and pinion gear. If not that, was the torque converter properly torqued?
