I have a 2014 Corolla L automatic 86,000 miles 1.8L. When stopped the idle goes down to 500 then goes back up.
I have tried to reset the idle, I checked the intake manifold for leaks no issue.
I have cleaned the Mass airflow sensor and the throttle body.

How did you check for vacuum leaks? Do the spark plugs look OK? Did you use a procedure like the following to reset the idle?
It would be good idea to perform a diagnostic scan for codes and live data to look for clues.
