I have the same problem with my VW Tiguan 2010.
Seeing warning 'Low oil pressure, engine off'. Changed the oil pressure sensor(switch) still issue not resolved.
And after driving 15-20 min, all the time getting Engine check warning at lower rpm(900 to 1100) with slower throttle. Not seeing this issue when we give fast throttle.
OBD2 says :
P0341 - Camshaft position (CMP) sensor A, bank 1 - range/performance problem
01044 - Incorrectly coded control unit; Control unit encoded incorrectly; Secondary air injection valve-N112 short circuit
Changed camshaft sensor, still not resolved.
Any suggestions please?

Probably the first thing I would do is verify your oil pressure using a mechanical gauge to see if it really is low, in which case you likely have an internal engine problem like bad oil pump or worn bearings. It's also possible for a bad oil filter to cause this kind of problem. If pressure tests as normal you'll know you're dealing with a computer sensor or module problem. (Did you install an OEM oil pressure sensor or is it aftermarket?)
Unfortunately I suspect that you really do have low oil pressure because of the camshaft problem being reported. Low oil pressure would mess up the cam phaser operation. However the pressure should be tested so you know what you're dealing with.
I thought you have multiple problems or your computer system is shorted out and needs a new computer. If I were you, I would start by having mechanic. Put an oil pressure gauge on the engine. See what the oil pressure is. If you really are losing oil pressure, you're going to have to rebuild that engine and it's not worth doing on that thing. I would start there
