How much would you expect to pay for a 5.3LS from a junkyard with around 100,000 to 150,000 either a pull it yourself or a already pulled one

Depends on the generation and condition. Call and ask.

Depending on year, condition and mileage should be between 250-750. But the way things are now, ?

Very little because any junkyard engine I got I would rebuild anyway.
Yes I plan on putting a cam new head gaskets while I’m in there new rings and such
