Get either lexus or Acura those are reliable and can last you for long time if taken care properly. But cost to maintain is gonna be bit expensive but less expensive as BMW AUDI and INFINITE
Or if You want u can get Toyota 4runner trd. My Dad has 2020 version and it has all features we need for

Camping
Dragging trailer along
Offroading
When I think full size, I think 3 row seating.
The clear winner that fits your criteria here for a full size luxury SUV, IMHO, it the latest generation Acura MDX.
Lexus doesn’t have a direct competitor to the MDX.
Yes, there is the Lexus RX, but I believe it is 2 row seating.
Other options would be the Lexus GX and LX, which are basically luxury Land Cruisers.
I would go for an older Ford Expedition or even the Ford Excursion. They may eat gasoline like crazy but they are reliable.

Anything with the 10 speed automatic transmission (Ford and GM) won't even last 50k miles. The Acura MDX and the Honda Pilot are the same thing. I wouldn't even go for a Acura MDX or a Honda Pilot because most have high mileage (where I live) and they are already worn out.
BMW, Mercedes and Audi are very expensive, very complex to work on and cost thousands of dollars for repairs.
If X7 ,GLS ,Q7 , MDx and Pilot are also out then is it Lexus then ?
Only if you can find it at a good price.
