I have a 2010 mini cooper 1.6 ltr I just got the car and ran my scanner codes came back for o2 sensors and catalytic converter . I bought the cat from Canada and the o2 sensors from Autozone. I had to take this car to pass emissions and it just won't pass. There is no check engine light on. It's just reading NOT ready???? For the CAt and o2 sensors. They keep telling me i have to relearn the CARS computer .????

This is true.  It has to go through several driving cycles.  Please see attached;

Try the following below to perform a Mini drive cycle:  try several cycles until the monitors display ‘Complete’.

Also, for your area check to see how many monitors they allow to be Incomplete.  In my area, they allow EVAP Monitor to be incomplete.
