I found this 2017 Mini Cooper 4 door hardtop with the 1.5 3 cylinder turbo and it has a manual with 62k miles is it reliable?

How many years and miles do you need it to last you?

Well it would be my first car so 50k-75k maybe

Endless moneypit, keep in mind that those are built by BMW.

It'll reliably break down about once every other week.

Well depends, if you watch one of Scotty's videos about the Mini Countryman, it was a decent vehicle, but they require a lot of maintenance. If you don't mind doing more maintenance, go ahead and get one, but don't overpay since they have no resale value. My friend has a 2015 Mini Cooper and she loves it and she takes very good care of it. If you want something that needs very little maintenance then walk away, since they can be endless money pits if not well maintained and parts can be expensive since it's all BMW and BMW owns Mini.
