I have a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum with 91000 miles. The drivers side mirror wouldn't return back to the place where it was set with the memory button. The dealer replaced the mirror once while it was still under the factory warranty. It never worked right. I told them three times during other maintenance and all three times they said it worked fine. I have now had to pay a $100 co-pay on the extended service plan I paid $4705.00 for! Its now been in there three times and next tuesday will be the forth. They have replaced the mirror and a module under the driver's seat. The mirror returns to a position when i start the car. Just not the right position. What are they missing?
