I have had an intermittent misfire light appear on my dash when I engage or tap the bottom of my parking brake, it always goes away when i tap the bottom of it with my foot, I'm pretty sure its just an electronic glitch but just want to make sure there's nothing seriously wrong, I replaced all the spark plugs and coils the last time I changed the oil 3k miles ago, so its not that.

Yes check the wiring harness is first for frayed or where the connectors are sometimes they get corroded inside and just for kicks load test the battery and alternator if they are weak they can do that too
