OK engine replaced with a used engine , plugs,wires,coil,new distributer,all sensor on throttle body,o2 sensor new still same problem but when i get on the gas she will run good until about 65mph then when i take foot off gas misfire and rpms go back to 1000 then up to1200 back to 1000 and up again like it is confused ... by the way i drove about 90 miles because i read the computer needs time to get to learn all the new sensors .

Well you put in a used engine so the first thing I would do is do a wet and dry compression test to see if the engine is good. You may have just gotten a bum used engine. If not, check all the wiring and sensors changing the engine. It's a big job and easily wiring could have been damaged or sensor could have been cracked
