I'm in the military stationed overseas. I bought a 2008 Mitsubishi Grandis and I need to purchase suspension parts for it. Since this is not available in the US, it's hard to find parts.
My questions is: do Mitsubishi Outlander parts work on the Grandis? It's a 2008 model. Thanks.
Do you have the 4G69 engine?
In terms of the engine, there may be a small window of Outlander years that may work more than others. Specifically the Outlander with the 4G69 engine between 2004-2006. The Grandis appears to have the same engine. And they share the same platform.

It appears later years of the Outlander use a different platform and different engine, so anything post 2006 may not be compatible.
I use the word may*** because I don’t know for sure. I am just taking an educated guess with the information I have at hand.
