Hi Scotty,
I got a Mitsubishi Lancer Ex 2011 with a 2.0L Automatic transmission. I got a check engine light but zero codes on the OBD2 scanner. I used the one you suggested in one of your videos back in 2018 a Launch Creader 3001.
my car also jerks on the cold run even though the oil and oil filter has been replaced regularly and a newly installed air filter.
please advise
There should be a code. Try visiting your local auto parts store & have them scan it for you. Or ask a friend who has a fancier scanner. Once you have the code/s, please post back.

So many things can do that but if you're not tripping a code a clogged fuel filter or a weak fuel pump that you can pressure test often do that and will never trip a code on that
