I was wandering if the 1.2 liter in the mirages are any good I have the 2019 mirage g4
Its a budget car a 3 cylinder 1.2 engine can't get out of its way I am not a fan of it and Mitsubishi economy engines tend to burn oil but then again the transmission won't last more than 100k miles anyways so for that life expectancy of max 6-10 years (~100k miles) the engine could be decent enough.
Again, the engine won't make the whole ownership experience what it is. You have to look at the whole package.
Depends on your definition of good really. Specifically the engine in my opinion is like a super economic (for the company not you). Like pretty much a gocart motor in a car. Lackluster power and torque (would make me fall asleep on the road) due to the heaviness of the car it's in. 3 cylinder and made by joint operations with Daimler Chrysler... Oof. Not my cup of tea at all.
Yeah I have one not a fan at all I paid 18K for my g4 SE it had a little bit of hail damage I got it the 26 miles on it in 2019 of December and I already have scratches all over it and rust spots, cheap paint never going back to Mitsubishi again thanks for the comments guys appreciate it, oh yeah the worst suspension ever put on a vehicle
I feel bad that you ever had to go through such an experience :p I can imagine. It's all cheap china crap cause we all know that china keeps the goods to themselves lol, next time when the car inevitably fails get a corolla, you will be much happier. Idk what's with the new civics but I don't like em, they feel cheaper somehow for whatever reason, but that's just my preference I guess. Could also try to junk it to someone else. It's 10k on edmunds atm haha maybe you can get rid of it for lower than current market value.
