Moan noise from passenger window

I have a 2005 Chevy Avalanche 2WD, 5.3L with 170k miles.  The front passenger window started making a moan noise when it gets about halfway down.  It does this going down or up but only once it gets to about the halfway point.  The noise is more of a moan than grind noise.  The operation works well aside from the noise.  All other windows operate without noise.

I tired cleaning the rubber that windows some up through as well as the door frame side track with AT205.  The noise is still there.

Any advice to remove this noise?

Thanks in advance.

You need to take off the door panel and spray some WD-40 or lubricant into the lower channels of the window. Also helping the window go up while motorized and you using your hand helping it up would indicate the motor is getting weak...they were weak to begin with when new... But if all else has been done you should replace the window motor once and for all.

I have an 02 Z66 with 300k!  Your window regulator is bad/old.  I personally wouldn't worry about it until it fails and then just replace, easy/cheap job.  Use quality regulator btw.  My back pass one is real bad but not an issue to me but if it was a front, I'd have just replaced it.  About 40 minutes or so and less than $100
