Can I use sw20 duramax synthetic blend motor oil in my 2008 toyota tundra 4.7l ? Got it form the dealer

If you're only asking if it's OK to use a synthetic blend instead of full synthetic, the answer is yes.
Just stick with the viscosity the owner's manual recommends, 0W-20 on the V8.
CORRECTION! Owners manual, page 589 states that 5W-30 is the correct viscosity for the 4.7L
