Well I really like the older Mr2's and Miata's are great and the new ones are even better than the old ones. MR2's have been all the rage with big name online personalities modding them and people bandwagoning buying and modding them so you might find the prices for them are getting out of hand. I think you'd be right at home with a newer gen Miata as the older ones are getting a bit too old to be good dailies and even though their not roadsters a honda coupe could be an option. And glad to see a fellow 2 door lover in world full of idiots driving SUV's 🙂
They are small, cramped cars that are difficult to work on and parts are hard to find. Scotty said riding in one "felt like riding in a coffin."
Not my style.
They are cute, good on gas, have a near-bulletproof engine, and fun to drive, but ... not that practical for a daily driver, with very limited storage and interior space. I was surprised, comparing my Gen 2 with it.
i read/heard somewhere that the suspension is not as good as the miata
