I have a 1993 GMC Sierra 1500 with the 350 engine. The entire ignition system from the coil and distributor all the way to the plugs is msd high performance ignition, to include wires. My question is; how much of a difference is there in performance between stock and this after market system?

None if it's a daily driver imo. At high end rpm, ya might gain 5 hp if lucky (assuming a correctly functioning stock system comparision).
These mods usually compliment other mods to a vehicle and on their own, don't do much.
