I have a toyota rav4 1999 the mileage is over 200,000
I already changed the starter, put new spark plugs and wires in and I sprayed starter fluid in as well, but it still wont start.
What can be the issue and what can I do to fix it?
I dont have alot of money right now so getting the car towed to a mechanic is not an option.

Yes, I changed the fuel pump and tried it out and it still didnt work, I used a spare spark plug and I seen that each of the wires has spark when I try to start the car, so its not the fuel pump, and its not the spark plugs, and its not the ignition coils, what can it be?
The timing might be off.

visually verify that you are getting spark. More info the FAQ.
