This issue with the sound with My Chevy truck started 1 yr ago and started to get worse over time. The first few months all the sound such as music and turn signs etc would not work when it was cold outside once you drove it once the truck warmed up it would all of sudden work and did that for months. Over the last 3 months all sound don’t work no matter temp outside or vehicle warming up it would come one whenever it wants.

the stock speakers where blown (cheap made) i replaced all of them. I thought that would fix that problem but it did not still have the same problem.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

Could be broken wires or a janky connection somewhere. (often in the door harness).

Or the stereo is blown.

connect a known good speaker directly at the rear of the stereo and see if it works

I’ll try the speaker to the radio to see if that is the problem. My dad has 2001 f150 has stock radio and speakers and work excellent . They don’t make quality like they used too…. He always saying he wants a new truck i tell him to keep his old one its better than the new ones…..

your dad could learn from you
