I have a 2012 Dodge Challenger 3.6 6 cylinder it will basically have no check engine light or fault codes then all of a sudden it sputters then dies and won’t restart till you unhook the battery for 5 seconds then reconnect then the car runs fine like nothing has ever happened to it. What could it pinky   C do

You need to get it scanned for stored codes to see what's going on.

could be a few things ... a janky electrical connection, failing fuel pump, clogged converter...

The first thing I would do is search for any recalls that you may be unaware of.

Based on your description, I'm guessing it's a computer communication error.

When you disconnect the battery and reconnect it you are resetting something in the system, and the car starts again.

Your ignition switch may be losing connection with with the key fob for instance.

I would go to Challenger sites and search for your issue.  I would almost guarantee there are many examples of this happening with other Challengers.
