You see the new NHTSA investigation about the GM 6.2 engine issue about fires etc... On the NHTSA site is my complaint and the pics where at 44,000 miles and oil changed every 5000 miles there was an audible lifter tick and the dealer decided I needed a new engine. After 5 weeks their mechanic at Beck Chev in yonkers NY was driving it up the Keegan on a test drive and the engine caught fire and the vehicle was burnt up. I have pics and it made the news. All I got was a fair market value insurance check and when I complained to GM I told them I am going to make a NHTSA complaint and they should help me but they did not. Hight probability my complaint to NHTSA started the probe.
