My 98 dodge ram 4x4 318 magnum hasnt been started in 4 years. Should i lube the cylinders before i start it up? Or would i be ok cranking it dry as long as i see the oil pressure go up?

I'd be more concerned that the gasoline in the fuel tank has gone bad after 4 years.
I'd disconnect the fuel line at the fuel rail and jump the fuel pump relay from sockets 30 to 87 and pump that old gasoline out of there.

You are talking about a sitting car. First get a fresh gas and change oil and filter. Here are some similar topics
