2013 Ford Mustang v6 automatic 3.7 liter
mileage is 117000
i had my purge valve changed last month so I don’t think it could be that. No lights come on dash

You are having a malfunction somewhere in the EVAP system. Have it scanned for codes and looked at by a qualified mechanic. Could be as easy as an ill fitting gas cap.
