- Toyota camry Le year 2000
- When AC is on car rpm goes up and down and cuts off whenever car is sitting at a complete stand still

You may need to replace your battery and alternator. Load test them first.

There should be a kicker solenoid that raises the idle rpm at idle to compensate for the AC load. Probably bad.
