So, I have a 2002 F150 with the 5.7 in it. It started leaking coolant slowly and now it's to the point that I have to add water multiple times a day to keep it from overheating. I found the leak coming from a hose or tube just to the left of the freeze plug at the right rear side of the engine. The problem is that I think the motor or tranny has been swapped and the hose is not routed correctly (pure speculation), so I'm trying to find out what hose it is and how to replace it. I have a video of the hose leaking (it clearly shows the hose leaking but it's shaky because it was hard to get back there for a view!!!). I'd gladly email anyone the video for help identifying the line that's leaking. Email me at derrick.ortiz1985@gmail.com
Well there's no video so I can't say but if there's any hoses that are leaking put new houses on and look closely cuz often an old vehicle to freeze plugs will rust and it's actually leaking out of the freeze plug
