Mystery noise from 2014 2.4L Accord

Hi!

I developed this mystery sound from my Accord. It appears to occur when the car heats up. It sounds like a trumpeting sound. I hear it during idle and when I drive but it is never continuous. I first thought it was my idler/tensioner but I had it replaced by a mechanic along with a new serpentine belt. NOPE! that was not it....

I took a stethoscope to it and it still sounds like it could be coming from the the tensioner/belt/alternator area or valve cover. It is hard to isolate the exact area. There is no hydraulic steering system so that seems like an unlikely culprit. The car drives fine and there doesn't seem to be any effect on acceleration, braking or steering.

I am up to date with my maintenance. The car only has 61K miles. I need help diagnosing it. Any feedback or ideas would be great!

What does this sound like? It is driving me nuts!!!

Here is a link to the video that I took:

Well remove the drive belt and see if the noise goes away if it does you know it's something that it drives and then start spinning them until you figure out which one
