Neat Seat assembly

I am a college student. My dad bought me a sonata gls 2014 that was on a shoot out. The car is branded so we got it for cheap $6k and only had 40k miles on it. We got it inspected and no codes or issues and engine is in good shape.

The person who repaired it did a good job but didn't fix the the driver and passenger seat.

I called hundayi dealership to see if I can new seat assembly, they quoted me $3000 at the moment I don't have that money.

I saw some seats on Amazon can you recommend which one I should get.

Thank you

Why not get good used factory seats from a junkyard?

I couldn't find color. I looked at Copart see if I can find wrecked same model which I can swap out parts the bids were expensive.
I have saved up enough my budget is like $1k

Aftermarket seats from Amazon won't match the car either. The original seats may well have sensors and air bags in them that aftermarket seats won't have - that may cause problems with the car electronics. It's up to you but I'd just live with off-color seats in that situation.

What do you mean by a “shoot out”?

I think he means literally it was in a gun battle or drive-by shooting. (Those are popular activities in big U.S. cities.) Whether this car belonged to the shooter or the victim was not specified.

Oh, wow. Yikes!  I’d be spooked to own such a vehicle.

Previous owner died. It was in a cross fire, sad part about it she was 18 when her dad bought the car for her. The bullet went through her heart

Terrible story and all too common.

There is no way I would own that car after that.  Too much!
