Should I trade in my 2012 dodge avenger for a 2011 Honda CRV but the Honda CRV has a lot of complaints and certain websites are saying stay away from the 2011 Honda CRV.
You didn't provide much in the way of details but the Honda is certainly a better vehicle than the Dodge. However, that vintage of CR-V is prone to oil burning. Honda had a warranty extension for the problem but that has expired. You'd want to have a mechanic give the CR-V a thorough check before purchase with an eye specifically looking for signs of oil burning.

Additionally, a couple of things that Scotty has mentioned about problems older Hondas may have as they age: Problems with air conditioning and weak automatic transmissions.
Thank you for responding all I know is the honda crv has 107k miles I haven't seen the car yet because it was just traded in at the dealership
Make sure you have the Honda inspected by a mechanic. A visual inspection is totally inadequate.
You left out important information like mileage and condition. There's an old saying that means be cautious because "The devil you know might be better than the devil you don't"
DEFENTILY GET THAT HONDA
