Hi Scotty,
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis early last year and it was suggested by my doctors that, soon, I should consider not driving anymore or getting hand controls for some of my vehicles. I have 2020 Mercedes 450GLS and a 2021 RAM 1500 I would consider installing hand controls on. (I’m 63 years old and am a retired heavy lift helicopter pilot. Not driving is a difficult decision for me to make now.) Which of these two vehicles is best suited for hand controls?

I would consider not driving anymore because of your health. If I had to choose, I'd go with the RAM.
