95 ranger 5speed 230k.
Having a leak at the quick connection fitting to the slave cylinder. Trying to find the correct size oring to stop the leak. Slave cylinder itself is not leaking.
Ive tried 110 but that ended up being too thick to fit back in.
012 was way to small and would also leak.
Ive asked a dealership but they gave me a part number for a square cut, i need the round type.
Would like to not have to buy a new hydraulic line just for the oring but i cant find a ford kit either
You have to use orings made of a suitable material, because brake fluid will destroy ordinary BUNA-N rubber. You need EPR or EPDM to resist the glycol ethers in brake fluid.
