Last month ( Houston tx ) Tacoma 2.7l

on sams club some one tried to steal my cat 

but the couldn’t. 
they broke my o2 harness that is coming from the computer, (I’m assuming) so my female plug was hanging with the male plug from the o2 sensor ;  and the check engine came on .
I fix that thanks to the community on tacomaworld . They send me the correct wiring connection to the female plug .

I drove the car for three days and the check engine light went off 

few days after I tried to reset the history on a local autozone , but they couldn’t reset it . 

The check engine light hasn’t came on but Im wonder if is normal or Should a do something. To reset the history . 

tell me what should I do .
